Introduction to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Attachment Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples and Families

Come and spend a day learning how to use the power of attachment and emotion in your work.

This workshop is for any mental health professional who wants to enrich their counseling and psychotherapy practice. In this full day introductory course, you will learn about this well researched modality for bringing people into emotional balance and relational closeness. You will gain a foundation for understanding EFT and begin to apply it to your work with individuals, couples and families. We will study the theory, watch clips of EFT sessions and do experiential learning exercises to help you integrate the learning along the way. In EFT, we create lasting, powerful, change with our clients. Join us!
