• Understand the First Responder Culture: Explore the values, norms, and experiences that shape how first responders approach relationships, vulnerability, and emotional expression.
• Access Emotion Beneath the Armor: Learn EFT strategies for helping clients who have been trained to suppress, compartmentalize, or push aside difficult emotions access and communicate the feelings underneath.
